Hotori is an S-Class Cosmos Esper who fills the Buff role with strong burst-DPS potential, using Solid-type Arc compatibility. Her kit revolves around a unique Non-Closed Timepiece energy bar that builds passively over time, letting her record ally skills and replay them for a massive burst during her Time Stop Ultimate.
